HARRISBURG – Rep. Jim Struzzi (R-Indiana) today announced that his district office will be hosting an event to help inform constituents about Pennsylvania’s
REAL ID. The event will take place on Tuesday, Aug. 6, at 6 p.m., at Aging Services Oak Place, located at
1055 Oak St. in Indiana.
The event will include information on who needs REAL ID and why, how and where to get it, and more explanation of the reasons Pennsylvania has started the REAL ID program. A brief informational presentation will be given, followed by a question-and-answer session. The office anticipates that the event should last approximately one hour, depending on the length of the question-and-answer session.
“REAL ID can be a confusing program to understand because many people are unsure as to why they need it, let alone where to get it,” said Struzzi. “I hope this event will help to answer any questions my constituents have about the program and help to make the transition to REAL ID as smooth as possible.”
Those who wish to attend are asked to please RSVP by Aug. 5 on Struzzi’s website at
RepStruzzi.com/events.
