Struzzi Announces Mobile Office Hours to Assist with Property Tax and Rent Rebate Forms, General State Assistance

INDIANA –State Rep. Jim Struzzi (R-Indiana) announced his office will be holding mobile office hours to assist eligible residents with Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program applications or with any other issues resident may have with state government agencies.

“My district offices serve as your local connection to state government,” Struzzi said. “My team and I are happy to hear your questions or concerns about state and local issues. We are also available to assist you with an array of state programs and services.”

The 2025 Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program is now open for eligible residents aged 65 years and older; widows and widowers 50 years and older; and people with disabilities 18 years and older.

“Income limits increased again this year to $48,110 for both homeowners and renters,” Struzzi added. “This is due to a 2023 law I supported that calls for adjusting the income limit based on annual increases in the Consumer Price Index. A long overdue reform for our seniors.”

Struzzi noted his office can help with a variety of services including:

• PennDOT paperwork, including driver’s license and vehicle registration applications and renewals.
• Information and applications for senior citizen benefit programs, including Property Tax/Rent Rebate and PACE/PACENET prescription drug programs.
• Information and applications for the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP).
• Help with securing birth and death certificates (photo identification required).
• Information about legislation.
• Assistance with resolving matters relating to state agencies.

Struzzi announced his office will hold mobile office hours from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the following dates at the following locations:

• March 4 and March 18, Chestnut Hills Social Center.
• March 5, Indiana Social Center.
• March 9 and March 16, Two Lick Valley Social Center.
• March 10, Armagh Social Center.
• March 26, Homer City Social Center.
