HARRISBURG – Pennsylvania’s abundance of natural gas is again translating into support for a pair of Indiana County projects, according to state Rep. Jim Struzzi (R-Indiana) and Sen. Joe Pittman (R-41). The grants are products of the Marcellus Legacy Fund, part of Act 13 of 2012 which produced revenue derived from impact fees imposed on unconventional gas well drilling throughout the state.
